【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61853describesrequirementsforevaluatingPVmoduleperformanceintermsofpower(watts)ratingoverarangeofirradiancesandtemperatures.IEC61853-2describestestproceduresformeasuringtheperformanceeffectofangleofincidence;theestimationofmoduletemperaturefromirradiance,ambienttemperatureandwindspeed;andimpactofspectralresponseonenergyproduction.IEC61853-3describesthecalculationsofPVmoduleenergy(watt-hours)ratings.IEC61853-4describesthestandardtimeperiodsandweatherconditionsthatcanbeutilizedforcalculatingstandardizedenergyratings.TheobjectofthispartofIEC61853istodefineatestingandratingsystem,whichprovidesthePVmodulepower(watts)atmaximumpoweroperationforasetofdefinedconditions.Asecondpurposeistoprovideafullsetofcharacterizationparametersforthemoduleundervariousvaluesofirradianceandtemperature.ThissetofmeasurementsisrequiredinordertoperformthemoduleenergyratingdescribedinIEC61853-3.
