【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesatestmethodforassessingtheresistanceofpaintcoatingstoseparationfromsubstrateswhenaright-anglelatticepatterniscutintothecoating,penetratingthroughtothesubstrate.Thepropertymeasuredbythisempiricaltestproceduredepends,amongotherfactors,ontheadhesionofthecoatingtoeithertheprecedingcoatorthesubstrate.Thisprocedureisnottoberegarded,however,asameansofmeasuringadhesion.Whereameasurementofadhesionisrequired,attentionisdrawntothemethoddescribedinISO4624.NOTE1Althoughthetestisprimarilyintendedforuseinthelaboratory,thetestisalsosuitableforfieldtesting.Themethoddescribedmaybeusedeitherasapass/failtestor,wherecircumstancesareappropriate,asasix-stepclassificationtest.Whenappliedtoamulti-coatsystem,assessmentoftheresistancetoseparationofindividuallayersofthecoatingfromeachothermaybemade.Thetestcanbecarriedoutonfinishedobjectsand/oronspeciallypreparedtestspecimens.Althoughthemethodisapplicabletopaintonhard(e.g.metal)andsoft(e.g.woodandplaster)substrates,thesedifferentsubstratesneedadifferenttestprocedure(seeClause6).Themethodisnotsuitableforcoatingsoftotalthicknessgreaterthan250μmorfortexturedcoatings.NOTE2Themethod,whenappliedtocoatingsdesignedtogivearoughpatternedsurface,willgiveresultswhichwillshowtoomuchvariation(seealsoISO16276-2).
