【摘要】:ThisPartofEN12312dealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceofpassengerstairswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognizedasessentialbythehealthandsafetyauthorities,aircraftandvehiclemanufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:--self-propelledstairswithseateddriver(seeannexA);--pedestriancontrolledstairs;--towablestairsequippedwithpoweredmeans,e.g.forheightadjustment,stabilizers(seeannexA);--automaticlevellingsystemsofstairs;forembarking/disembarkingofpassengers.NOTE1Poweredshouldbealsounderstoodasmanualeffortstoredinspringsorhydraulicaccumulators,etc.,thedangerousactionofwhichcanbeproducedorcancontinueafterthemanualefforthasceasedordirectlyappliedmanualeffortforliftingorloweringloads.NOTE2Thoseclausesofthisstandardthatcanapplymayalsobeusedasaguidelineforthedesignoftowablestairswithoutpoweredmeans.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystems.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletopassengerstairswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.NoiseisdealtwithinEN1915-4.
