【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardcontainstherequirementsforsafetyforthedesignandinstallationofequipmentintendedforthestorage(asdefinedin3.2.1),handling(asdefinedin3.2.2)andtransportation(asdefinedin3.2.3)offlatglassoutsidethefactory(asdefinedin3.1.1)andincludingstillages,pallets,frailsfixedtovehicles,inloadervehicles,specificglass-securingdevices,stanchionsandvacuum-liftingdeviceswhichareusedforroadtransportandonbuildingsites.1.2SpecifichazardsduetotheuseinsidethefactoryaredealtwithinEN13035-1.1.3Thisstandarddealsonlywiththedeviceswhicharedirectlyincontactwiththeglass.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomanualhandlingequipmentsuchascarryingstrapsandvacuumpads.Tractors,cranes,hoistsandforkliftsareoutofthescopeaswellaspartsofotherpoweredvehiclesthatarenotincontactwiththeglass.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoequipmentforthetransportbyotherwaysthanonroade.g.byshiportrain,andthetransportationofglazedwindows/frames.1.4Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoequipmentforthestorage,handlingandtransportationofflatglass,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.Noisehasnotbeenconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforanytypeofequipmentinthescopeofthisstandard.1.5Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletostorage,handlingortransportationequipmentforflatglassoutsidethefactory,whichismanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
