【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiesamethodfordeterminingthedynamictransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientsupports,underspecifiedpreload.Themethodconcernsthelaboratorymeasurementofvibrationsontheinputsideandblockingoutputforcesandiscalled"thedirectmethod".Themethodisapplicabletotestelementswithparallelflanges(seeFigure1).Resilientelements,whicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846,arethosewhichareusedtoreducethetransmissionofvibrationinthelowerpartoftheaudiblefrequencyrange(typically20Hzto500Hz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedfluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborneorothers),and--thetransmissionofIow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz),whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenvibrationistoosevere.NOTE1Inpractice,thesizeoftheavailabletestrig(s)canrestricttheuseofverysmallorverylargeresilientsupports.NOTE2Samplesofcontinuoussupportsofstripsandmatsareincludedinthismethod.WhetherornotthesampledescribesthebehaviourofthecomplexsystemsufficientlyistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO10846.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.Thedirectmethodcoversthefrequencyrangefrom1Hzuptoafrequency./uL,whichisusuallydeterminedbythetestrig.NOTE3Becauseofthelargevarietyoftestrigsandtestelements,./'ULisvariable.InthispartofISO10846,theadequacyofthetestrigisnotdefinedforafixedfrequencyrange,butonthebasisofmeasureddata,asdescribedin6.1to6.4.

适用范围
本标准适用于符合GB l094系列标准和GB 6450等标准的电力变压器。本标准的目的是为用户提供如下信息:——不同的变压器联结和磁路设计的基本运行特性，特别是关于零序现象;——具有Ynynd和类似联结的变压器内的系统故障电流;——变压器的并联运行，负载条件下电压降或电压升的计算方法，以及三绕组负载组合下的负载损耗计算方法;——定货时，如何根据预期的负载条件选择额定参数和分接参数；——按常规设计的变压器，如何适用于变流负载；——有关损耗测量的测量技术和准确度。本标准中有一部分内容具有通用性的性质并适用于各种容量的电力变压器。然而，有几章仅涉及大型高压变压器的规范和应用问题。本标准所述的一些建议不具有强制性，因而，它不是规范要求。关于电力变压器负载能力的信息，对于油浸式变压器，见GB/T 15164;对于干式变压器，见GB/T 17211。有关电力变压器冲击试验的导则，见GB/T 7449。
